30th Anniversary Company Party | Betty Dangers Country Club | Minneapolis Event Photography

This company's 30th anniversary party last year at Betty Dangers Country Club in Minneapolis was 80's themed!  Oh, and they went All Out!  Seems like the perfect way to celebrate business growth and success for 30 years!  This had it all - caricature artists, prize giveaways, a costume contest, DJ playing all the old school favorites, arcade games, accessories, all that hot pink and green and orange, plus mini golfing and a ferris wheel!

The company's planner, Event BizNiz, brought me on for this event.  Since then, I've continued to photograph some of their big events.  They sure know how to work hard and throw a good party!  I'm honored and excited to continue checking in photographically with this group!

Thinking outside of the box for company and corporate events can really (literally, in this case) brighten things up!  Betty Dangers closed to the public for this private event.  The business' employees had the whole restaurant, patio, and entertainment to themselves.  So snazzy!

When it comes to events, the venue options are nearly limitless.  Would your employees be entertained in a music venue with a live band, bowling alley, upscale hotel or restaurant, outdoor location?  What about trying a new and funky activity like Whirlyball or axe throwing at FlannelJax's?!

In another important direction, what about a giving back event?  Employers and employees can donate time to  pack food or supply boxes, or clean up a neighborhood, or serve food at a shelter.  Feed My Starving Children is one of a number of options locally.  When I photographed a company outing at FMSC in Chanhassen, MN, they made it into a competition with another branch to see who could (correctly) pack more boxes of food (this time) for Haiti.  I've also seen large conventions, conferences, and celebrations incorporate a similar charitable element.  For example, at a company's outdoor employee appreciation event, there was a sandwich assembling station in one area of the event.

What would jive well with your company culture and mission?  When you have an idea, I'd love to photography it!  Contact me with questions or to check availability!
