Free parking both on the street and in the parking lot.

Rules & Requirements

  • Set up, tear down, and any necessary cleaning needs to be included in your rental time window.

  • Return studio to how you found it! Take care of the space and its items as if they were your own.

  • Reservations are non-refundable. A reservation can be rescheduled once within a month if notice is given 72 hours in advance. Full payment is due at booking. Renter is liable for any damages or fees incurred (a credit card will be kept on file and an invoice sent). A cleaning fee of $40 will be charged and invoiced if necessary.

  • Furniture can be used in sessions. Furniture and the Studio must be put back and cleaned up - swept, wiped down, vacuumed, and/or mopped as needed after use. Include set up and cleaning time within your reservation. Difficult to clean items are not allowed: glitter, confetti, paint, stain, or other hard-to-clean materials. No glitter or confetti. Pet hair must be cleaned completely.

  • BYO drinks, water, etc. or replace/contribute to beverages as well as the paper backdrops if using them.

  • Please let me know right away about any damage, messes, or should any issues arise for any reason.
