Mintáhoe Catering & Events hosted a Re-Launch event at the Hennepin County Library - Minneapolis Central this spring for the event industry.  I had no idea this was a possible venue option, and look at all that natural light - love it!  Creative and tasty food and a group of talented vendor contributors, and I'd say this opening went swimmingly.  Would be happy to photograph here again - so lovely!
