The Minnesota-based Independent Wedding Association and This Love Weddings hosted a Hearten Talk on inclusivity and diversity in the event industry at the Machine Shop this spring, and it was a packed house full of discussion, support, and community!  The special guest speaker was Mary Chatman, CEO of blackbride.com and Editor-in-Chief of Black Bride Magazine.
