Brittany and John currently live in Idaho but with family here in Minnesota, they chose a Minneapolis summer to celebrate the kick off to their marriage. I met Brittany at our initial conversation, and met John for the first time during our final consultation over Skype. Even without spending much time with them prior to their wedding day, it was so clear they were tons of fun and also had a very meaningful relationship rooted deeply in mutual love, respect, and faith. These aspects of their relationship played out in many ways throughout their day.
For starters, they had a 400-count guest list (can’t leave anyone out of course)! Also, Brittany and John took a moment for praying privately together after their First Sight, and had a handmade cross displayed during the ceremony. Their many years-long friendships were represented among their wedding party. Finally, the way they continued to adore and appreciate each other throughout the day was a “sight for sore eyes.” You couldn’t not be totally happy around them (but who’s trying anyway, right?!).
